MEDWISH Annual report
I concepted and art directed MedWish’s annual report as a fully volunteer effort, with the goal of authentically capturing the organization’s global impact and mission. MedWish is a humanitarian nonprofit advancing health equity and environmental sustainability by redistributing surplus medical supplies and connecting underserved communities in Northeast Ohio and around the world with essential care.
The report was built around real, unfiltered photography contributed by volunteers and medical professionals who had traveled on-site to deliver supplies and help establish medical services. Rather than relying on stock imagery, the design elevated these firsthand visuals to tell an honest, emotional story—highlighting both the urgent conditions MedWish works to address and the tangible good made possible through donations and volunteer support.
The result was a visually driven narrative that humanized the data, reinforced trust, and clearly communicated the scale of MedWish’s impact. The annual report became a key tool for driving awareness, engagement, and donations, helping supporters see exactly how their contributions translate into life-changing outcomes.
